How does the evenko waiting room work when buying tickets online?

Our waiting room usually opens 30 minutes before an on sale and the process is based on random picks.  The order in which people are chosen is determined by a draw for everyone who got in the waiting room between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM (for an on sale that would begin at noon).  Because of the random nature of the draw and if the demand is to high, some people will have access to the tickets, others won't but everyone has an equal chance.

What happened to my “myGEG” account, does my account still exist on evenko.ca? Yes! All existing myGEG accounts have been transferred to evenko.ca. - You will receive the same exclusive promotions and presales you came to expect through myGEG

How can I subscribe/unsubscribe from the evenko mailing list?

You can Subscribe anytime by clicking Subscribe in the Login area. As a member you will receive newsletters, special offers, and will always be up to date on the latest concerts news. You can unsubscribe anytime, simply click unsubscribe and follow the instructions.

Where do I pick up my tickets if I purchased them by phone/Internet? You can pick up your tickets at the Venue Box office the evening of the performance. You may (depending on the venue) also have the option to have them mailed to you.

How can I meet the artist? evenko does not provide artist contact information to the public. In order to meet an artist you need permission directly from the artist’s management.

Ticketless – Credit Card needed for entry Your right to enter this section can only be collected 1 hour prior to the start of the concert at the Windsor Court entrance ONLY BY THE OWNER OF THE CREDIT CARD. To access the event you will need to present a valid PHOTO ID and the CREDIT CARD USED DURING THE PURCHASING PROCESS. You will also need to be accompanied by all your guests, as you will enter the amphitheatre immediately thereafter. Please note that this transaction is non-refundable nor transferable. Please note that no other person can be appointed to purchase the tickets on your behalf. The Ticketless concept is growing in popularity throughout the concert

industry at the request of artists. The concept tries to ensure that

the best tickets for a given event are sold directly to the fans and to prevent reselling.
