MONSTER SPECTACULAR at the Olympic Stadium

After drawing over 50,000 spectators last April, the MONSTER SPECTACULAR will be back at the Olympic Stadium on Saturday, April 22nd. A gigantic show presenting every aspect of extreme motorized sports. Demonstrations by:

12 "Monster" trucks with 12ft-high, 12 ft-diameter wheels,  1,500 bhp engines and 10,000 lbs weight in steel ! Meet the greatest names on the US circuit: Black Stallion, Samson, Bigfoot, Avenger, American Guardian, Anger Management and many others. The stars from south of the border will be slugging it out in two types of event: the freestyle competition and the obstacle race (side by side), at speeds reaching up to 80 k.p.h! The new M.T.R.A. champion, King Krunch will be in Canada for the first time, revving up for more wins. And don't forget to watch for Weapon 1, our National hero, Canada's No.1 from Drummondville, doing its thing on a special designed track, scattered with every possible obstacle: earth mounds, cars, vans and school buses.

Pulls using tractors and modified trucks
Come and see the  "National": pulls with progressive sleds as Canada battles it out with the USA, using different vehicles, some of them powered by aircraft turbines.

Demo Derby
A one of a kind competition, vehicles setting collision courses with no holds barred. Two categories on the program: cars and vans.
